Lisa exceeded our expectations when she sold our home in record time! She was courteous, knowledgeable, personable, and responsive. Lisa was awesome throughout the process. She is knowledgeable about the market and gave us great guidance in prepping our home for sale. We were fortunate to receive multiple offers and her expert input led us to choosing the right buyer for our circumstances. Lisa was always available to answer questions and help in any way we needed. We would definitely recommend her to anyone needing an agent and wouldn’t hesitate to work with her again.

I first met Lisa when she was the agent selling the house that my husband and I were buying, which happened to be across the street from her own home. Even as a seller’s agent, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. When it came time for me to sell my townhouse, she helped me determine areas to improve my chance at getting the best offer, and even helped connect me with service providers. She also helped navigate working with my ex-husband whose name was still on the deed to my townhouse. When 14 offers came in on the house, she helped me work through the review process and choose the one that best fit my objectives. The night before we were to close on the sale, I had a medical emergency and was hospitalized for several days. I immediately contacted Lisa, who worked to gather the necessary paperwork so that my husband could step in to complete the transaction. Not only is she remarkable at what she does, she is a genuinely caring and helpful person, neighbor and friend. I cannot think of a better person to help you with such an important process. I recommend her to all my friends and to you, too!

Lisa went well beyond our expectations considering the sellers agent went missing in action most of the time during our purchase. She made sure we were always informed during the purchase and answered our questions promptly. She has a passion for professional customer service, going the extra miles to satisfy us. We love our condo with all it's charm and history. Lisa helped us navigate through some very interesting challenges to get there and we sincerely appreciate that.
